I’ve been testing out the new Dessange Paris hair collection for you guys for about three weeks now. Not gonna lie, I would only be posting this if I fully believe in this product and I do. So I must tell you all about it because it is SO affordable and nice hair care. You can get all the products at Target.com starting at $9.99 a bottle!!!
The first thing that stood out to me was the sleek packaging and bottles. I hate those massive bottles because I can’t tell you how many times those used to slip out of my hands and end up smashing my toes in the shower, not cute! Plus these bottles are slim while still containing 8.5 FL in the shampoo and 6.7 in the conditioner. They also all have that lux smell that will remind you of expensive product your hair salon uses or in a nice hotel room.
I used the California Blonde Illminating shampoo and conditioner for color treated blonde hair the most. It contains passion flower extract which pulls the color from your hair while still giving it a shine. I also just started to use Salone Color Restore shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair and protection to retain my color (that the California Blonde helped pull out). This shampoo and conditioner contains vitamin E and UV filter which helps protect the color while still nourishing it. All shampoo/conditioners also come separately with a replenishing oil or illuminating exilir that help add that salon finishing touches to your hair for only $11.99 each!
Lastly, I’ve been using the Purifying Clay collection about once a week. These are sold separately but are to be used together. First apply the pre-shampoo mask for oily roots and an unbalance scalp. This is a very cool product because it is first of its kind that uses clay to pull the oils from your scalp and that you can do at home! Use this once a week on dry hair by leaving it on for 5-10 minutes and rinse with the Purifying Clay Balancing Shampoo.
